instantSelect is a one-time purchase at a price you choose, from US$2, sold by Rayyan Burondkar trading as LoopBoard. Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments.

14-day refund

If instantSelect doesn't work for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Tell us briefly what went wrong so we can try to fix it first. Refunds are limited to one per customer, and we may decline requests that look like repeated purchase-and-refund. Refunded keys are disabled in every browser.

How to ask: email instantselect@theloopboard.com from the address you used to buy, with your order ID (it's in your Dodo Payments receipt email). We aim to reply within 2 working days.

What happens after a refund

• The money goes back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 working days.
• Your license key is disabled, and instantSelect stops collecting links in every browser where that key was active.

After 14 days

We don't usually offer refunds after 14 days. If instantSelect stops working because of a problem on our side that we can't fix, contact us and we'll sort it out fairly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually help faster. Keys for disputed payments are disabled while the dispute is open.

Your consumer rights

This policy doesn't affect rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.
